01 The agreement
These terms apply to your use of Veyrd, including veyrd.com, the API, the MCP server and the integrations we provide. By creating an account, joining a workspace or using the API, you accept them. If you use Veyrd for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
02 Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password, passkeys and API keys to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken with your API keys and by agents you authorise.
03 Workspaces, members and guests
Each workspace has an owner. Owners and admins decide who joins, what members can do, which integrations are connected, and whether features such as AI summaries are on. Members count toward the plan. Guests, intake-form submitters, agents and API keys do not.
Owners are responsible for the people they invite and for handing the workspace on, by transferring or trashing it, before deleting their own account.
04 Your content
You and your organisation keep ownership of everything you put into Veyrd. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including sending it to the integrations and providers you or your workspace turn on.
Make sure you have the right to upload what you upload, and that sharing it with your workspace, guests and connected services is lawful.
05 Acceptable use
Don't use Veyrd to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or store or share content you have no right to.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, including through intake forms, invitations or notifications.
- Upload malware, or try to access accounts, workspaces or data that aren't yours.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
- Overload the service, get around rate limits or plan limits, or scrape it by automated means other than the API.
- Resell or rebrand the service without our agreement.
06 Integrations, API keys and agents
When you connect GitHub, Slack, Google Calendar, webhooks, API keys or an MCP client, Veyrd acts on those instructions and exchanges data with that service. Those services' own terms apply to your use of them. Changes made through keys and agents are recorded on the task, and you are responsible for them as if you had made them yourself.
07 AI features
AI discussion summaries are optional and must be turned on for a workspace. Summaries are generated by a third-party model from the task's own discussion and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against the task before relying on it.
08 Plans, limits and billing
- The current plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. The Free plan has no charge. The Paid plan is priced per member, billed monthly or yearly in the currencies offered at checkout.
- Payments, invoices and applicable taxes are handled by our payment partner, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- A subscription renews for the same interval until it is cancelled. Adding or removing members changes the number of seats billed.
- Reaching a plan limit stops new additions of that kind. Nothing you already have is hidden, archived or deleted, and features that pause keep their setup for when they return.
- We may change prices or plans. We will give paying workspaces notice before a price change applies to them.
09 Deletion and export
Deleted items can be restored for the trash window of your plan, 48 hours on Free and 30 days on Paid, and are then permanently deleted. You can export your account data and, as an admin, a workspace's tasks at any time. Once a deletion is permanent, we cannot recover it.
10 Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using Veyrd whenever you like by cancelling any subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or end access to an account or workspace that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or is required to be suspended by law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or export your content.
11 Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Veyrd available and your data safe, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We improve the product continually and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something material to a paid plan, we will tell affected workspaces in advance.
12 Disclaimers and liability
Veyrd is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will update the date above and notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Veyrd after that means you accept the updated terms.
